A Wendy's is a Wendy's by any other name. You get what you expect, in no uncertain terms, and will generally leave fulfilled or wanting, dependent on expectation and general preference to the establishment.
I myself absolutely love Wendy's and this location does justice to their corporate name and slogan of being always fresh. Drive through is generally quick and seamless and the employees have always been cordial and respectful. No complaints here! -

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to in my entire life. Not even exaggerating. The people here are the most disrespectful people I have ever come into contact with. I AM NOT SUPRISED THESE PEOPLE WORK AT WENDYS. If zero stars was an option I would SMASH that button. I was told to "Drive my Stupid ass around" after I was very nice to the original employee taking my order. Then they proceeded to forget half of my order until I let them know. And on top of that, the girl who took my order was VERY persistent on what kind of sauce I needed, then they proceeded to not even include the sauce in the bag until I had to ask again. Never coming back. Everyone should be fired. Y'all need to start from scratch at this point because you can't come back from that.

Wendy's is a good fast food restaurant.... but the last 3 times I've been to this location I've been disappointed, annoyed and disgusted. This location is newly built and they way it looks doesn't represent its customer service nor quality of food. Over wasting my money here I can't even get a full piece of lettuce. Please do better now I have to go all the way out to perimeter.

I just want to let you know how your employee Keshia greets you customers at the drive thru. I pull up to the window, she takes my money and hands me a cold cheese burger, so cold that the cheese was warmer than the meat and bun. I might have been able to deal with that if Keshia had said hello, how are you or thank you but she was unable to speak. When I returned to the window and confronted Keshia and the other 2 employees about the friendly customer service from Keshia she gave me a friendly finger. If this is the best Wendy's can do there is a Arby's and McDonalds down the street

They need to shut this place down. Pathetic work staff. I pull up to drive thru and they only have nuggets and no iced drinks. Kid at the window looks stoned out of his mind and doesn't know how to count to 10 for a chicken nugget, go figure. Just close this place down and put a cook-out here or maybe a homeless shelter since that's what it already looks like. Next time imma just throw my whole order back thru the window.
